On-Campus

We are delighted to offer on-campus accommodation and dining packages to competitors, coaches, and chaperones through USC's residential dorms, McCarthy (USC Village) and Parkside. Dorms and dining halls will require a visitor card to access, which can be picked up at check-in.

1. Registration & Payment

   Housing can be reserved, on a first-come, first-served basis, with reservations limited to coaches, students, and the required number of chaperones. Teams will have to register for an account through the USC reservation portal sent to coaches through email, list all the members who plan on going, and pay a reservation fee. USC Housing will reach out for further details once an official reservation is made. The website will prompt different housing plans and pricing based on the selected arrival date.

   In the event you need to update or add additional guests to an existing registration, choose "Edit Registration" to make the changes. If you need to create a new, separate reservation, select "New Registration" and use USC-SONT as your code. 2. Packages & Meal Pricing

   Packages cannot be mixed matched; packages are offered based on your arrival date. Package pricing includes housing, meals, and registration fee.

   Meal Rate — Teams staying off-campus who wish to have meals on campus may pay a $19.27 per person per meal rate ($17.56 per meal + 9.75% tax) by credit card only at the site of the dining hall.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

   Teams will be assigned to either the McCarthy (USC Village) or the Parkside Arts and Humanities residential hall, and will be told their assignment prior to the tournament. Please check in at the front desk of your assigned building upon arrival. Check-in will be available between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Please contact the front desk of your assigned building in the case of a late check-in. Each guest will receive one access card and corresponding key(s) to their assigned room. Lost keys can be replaced at the front desk at a fee of $25.00 for each access key and $115.00 for each room key. To check out, please return the keys by 12:00 PM noon at the front desk of your assigned resident hall.

4. Housing Amenities

   USC Housing provides linen packets which include a pillow, blanket, top and bottom sheets, two (2) towels, and washcloth. Toiletries (e.g., soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.) and other personal items are not provided.

5. On-Campus Dining Locations & Hours

   Location: The Village Dining Hall or Parkside Dining Hall. Please go to the dining hall closest to your place of residence.

   Menu: Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Please notify USC Hospitality in the case of any allergies.

   Dining Hours:

   • Breakfast: 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM
   • Lunch: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
   • Dinner: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
